Srinivas Rao, Ph.D.: President and CEO
Dr. Rao is an industry leader with a distinguished track record of material science technology development and commercialization. He serves as advisor and EIR at Phoenix Venture Partners. Until recently, he was Vice President of Corporate Technology at Flextronics International, Ltd. (NASDAQ: FLEX), a multi-billion dollar, global provider of vertically integrated advanced design and electronics manufacturing services. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Technology at Solectron Corporation, where he was responsible for engineering and product development, helping grow the company from $190 million to $22 billion in revenues and from one site to over 70 sites worldwide.
Previously, Dr. Rao was a Senior Scientist at Raychem Corporation and held technology management and research positions at Eastman Kodak Research Laboratories and RCA Laboratories, where he received RCA’s Outstanding Achievement Award. Dr. Rao is distinguished alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras where he earned a B.Tech degree in Metallurgical Engineering, and an MS and PhD in Metallurgy and Materials Science from the Stevens Institute of Technology. He holds numerous patents and is the author of numerous papers and review chapters. He has also held distinguished positions in several technical organizations, editorial boards and, in 2005, served on the Blue Ribbon Task Force on Nanotechnology for the State of California.
Harjinder Ladhar, Ph.D.: Vice President, NPI
Dr. Ladhar is an accomplished engineering professional with over 25 years of experience working at Fortune 100 companies driving products into high volume manufacturing for OEMs and EMS. He is trainer and mentor at all levels of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, skilled in deploying methodical and disciplined processes to deliver robust designs with proven reliability into manufacturing. Most recently he was with Microsoft Corporation where he received the gold star award for his contributions with cost saving solutions while managing suppliers. Prior to Microsoft he was Sr. Manufacturing Technologist at Solectron Corporation.

Jai Krishnamurthy, Ph.D.: Technical Advisor
Dr. Krishnamurthy has a PhD from University of Mysore, and since pursued post-doctoral research at Indian Institute of Science, Stanford University and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. At LBL, Electrochemical Technologies Group, she developed new materials to overcome limitations in conventional fuel cells in automotive applications. Her expertise in the area of polymeric nano particles, polymer electrolytes, sol gels, metal organic frameworks and polymer building materials combined with passion for entrepreneurship has led her down the path of building novel materials for electrochemical sensors.
