Description of Sample:   Whole Milk Sargento® Swiss Cheese
Methodology: One pHit Scanner and four conventional glass pH meters from four different vendors
Materials: Swiss Cheese
Results: pHit Scanner results agree well with glass electrodes
Observations: Food frequently clogged in glass electrodes requiring extensive and more meticulous clean-up. pHit Scanner’s carbon sensor only required a rinse.
